assessments
We want organizations to utilize assessments in all their recruitment processes, without having to prioritize certain hires due to cost constraints. Thus, one can ensure quality throughout the organization and also obtain sufficient data to see patterns and synergies.
Our research-based assessments are based on the Big 5 and Hexaco personality frameworks. These assessments offer a chance to examine both personality traits and motivational drivers in a comprehensive report. Why? Because these elements often have a significant impact on one another. The outcomes of our assessments are precise and the insights in the reports are easy to understand.

BIG FIVE
The "Big Five" refers to a widely used model of personality traits in psychology. It represents five broad dimensions of personality that are used to describe human personality variation. The Big Five traits are:Openness to Experience: This trait reflects the degree of intellectual curiosity, creativity, and preference for novelty and variety in a person's thinking and behavior.

In the workplace, people are motivated by four main factors, according to the four-drive theory of motivation. This theory provides a clear framework for understanding what drives individuals, enabling organizations to create environments where employees feel more engaged, satisfied, and productive. The four-drive theory explains why people act the way they do at work, identifying four primary motivators: the desire for rewards, the need to connect with others, the pursuit of learning and growth, and the quest for fairness. By applying this theory, companies can identify what motivates their employees and design workplaces that promote happiness and productivity.
The four-drive theory of motivation, developed by Paul Lawrence and Nitin Nohria, comprises four key elements: the drive to acquire and achieve, the drive to bond and belong, the drive to challenge and comprehend, and the drive to define and defend. The drive to acquire and achieve motivates employees through both tangible and intangible rewards. The drive to bond and belong encourages collaboration and teamwork among colleagues. The drive to challenge and comprehend inspires employees to seek opportunities for growth and development, pushing them to expand their skills and knowledge. Lastly, the drive to define and defend involves standing up for what is right in the workplace and advocating for fairness.
Understanding these drives is crucial for creating an engaging and productive work environment.
