What I'm looking forward to with our platform and products is to be able to use my experience to influence content and form to deliver user-friendly, simple yet powerful products to our customers.   

I am looking forward to making an impact in the industry and enabling more effective use of tests. I want to lower the thresholds for organisations to easily use assessments for their intended purpose.

I think that more women are needed in decision-making positions. And that is one other of my driving forces; to help companies to create fair and gender-neutral processes with help of our unbiased decision-making products.
